This is the program for those who are at the stage of needing to go to the next level but not sure what to do. Jock Athletic can give you the confidence that you are heading in the right direction.
Every 4 weeks Jock Athletic will design your weekly schedule that will include your individualised strength, flexibly and aerobic conditioning programme. This will be individual specific or sport specific, ideal for the athlete within or just for health & general wellness And yes…perfect for your weight loss goals!

- Back care: strengthening, flexibility, mobility
- Core-strength, flexibility training or yoga for increased range of movement to avoid injury
