ONLINE Training - Jock Athletic Quicksilver PACKAGE

This is the package suited to those who are regular trainers, are into their fitness and love their sport. Jock Athletic can give you the edge to go to the next level. We can supplement your knowledge and raise the bar.

Every 4 weeks Jock Athletic will design your individualised weekly schedule that will include strength, flexibly, speed, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning programmes to suit your special needs and the unique demands of your chosen sport and/or position. Not only do you acquire a state of the art sports specific program but also get to diarise your own unique responses to the training that will then be analysed before designing the next individual cycle of training.

Once a month you will be emailed a Jock Athletic Performance Training Analysis that will report and graph the information you have entered into your training diary, providing you with the feedback you need in gaining your optimal performance.

  • Split Strength Training (Upper Body, Lower Body etc)
  • Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning
  • Speed Training
  • Training diary analysis * Monthly Performance Reports
  • Two member-initiated phone calls to your Jock Athletic Coach per month
