





ONLINE Training - Jock Athletic Platinum PACKAGE
The online “Platinum Package” you will have your access to the expert guidance of either Jock Campbell or Paul Watson directly. Platinum membership will be limited to ensure that you will receive the maximum level of attention.
You will have a scientific periodised training plan individualised and tailored for 12 months to suit your unique requirements.
Every 4 weeks Jock Athletic will design your individualised weekly schedule that will include strength, flexibly, speed, aerobic, and anaerobic conditioning programmes, as well as nutritional guidance to suit the demands of your chosen specialty sport and/or position.
You will learn correct recovery techniques that will help give you the 1% improvements that the professionals use. In your personal training diary you will build a record of loads lifted, changes in mood state, body weight, muscle condition, heart rate and appetite. Each month you will receive a half hour phone consultation from either Jock Campbell or Paul Watson giving your program the personal touch.
Once every two weeks you will be emailed a Jock Athletic Training Analysis that will report and graph the information you have entered into your training diary, providing you with the feedback you need in gaining your optimal performance.
You have unlimited member-initiated coach communication. You also have up to 3 coach-initiated coach consultations (calls or emails) each week.
