Who will personally train you?
Jock Campbell boasts an extensive resume in Australian sport that includes Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Australian Cricket Team for 5 years. Jock also has extensive tertiary qualifications in exercise science and sports nutrition. Jock is currently training World Champion beach runners as well as current members of the Australian Cricket Team. Jock has a genuine love of helping people to excel and has had great success with all the different types of people he trains.
Paul Watson has been a National Rugby League Strength & Conditioning Coach for the past 13 seasons including training the Penrith Panthers to the 2003 Premiership. Paul was also the Australian Super League Strength and Conditioning Coach in 1997. Paul lives and breathes health and fitness and has continually improved himself through postgraduate study gaining his Masters in Education in Coaching in 2005.
