Personal Training: One on One or Two on One
The ultimate in coaching and motivation, if you are serious about results and prefer the specialised private one-on-one training, this is the best way to keep you 100% accountable.
All clients receive:

- Individual assessment with a full musculoskeletal screening and fitness test, you will also receive a report from the report with findings
- Personal program tailored from assessment
- On going progress checks
- Coaching and feedback
- Weekly email contact
This structure has proven very successful in professional sports conditioning. Whilst most of our clients may not be striving for the elite level of performance our approach to training borrows from this discipline of coaching in the semi-private mindset.
Our semi-private or small, personalized group training guarantees an athlete/client to coach ratio no more than 10:1 and in most cases closer to 5:1. You will be training with greater frequency and therefore make greater progress. The semi private training will also be run in conjunction with outdoor group fitness program.Semi-Private Training:
