Group Training Revamped


Changes are afoot here at Jock Athletic. We're all back on deck and working overtime to ensure we continue to bring you interesting Group Training sessions, with great trainers, at a great price.

Introducing Group Training and Average Joe's "All you can Train" for $45 per week.

What does this mean?
It means that for $45 per week, you can train as many times as you like in our scheduled Group Training/Average Joe's sessions. It's up to you! So, whether you do 1 session or 4, the price remains the same.

Outdoor Group Fitness


The Jock Athletic ORIGINAL Group Fitness sessions live on!
The combination of aerobic interval training and boxing fitness has been a favourite from the beginning and will continue to happen every Tuesday and Thursday.

Outdoor Fitness:
    Combination of aerobic interval training, circuits, sand and beach running.

Boxing Fitness:    Overall body workout incorporating technique, boxing combinations and boxing conditioning drills.


 

Core-Flex & X-Train           

Core Strength & Flexibility are essential components of any training program and are necessary for body control, balance and stability not just for elite athletes, but also for everybody everyday.

The X-Training will combine an all-round resistance training and body strength & conditioning workout for training variety.

These sessions will specifically focus on building your core stability and overall strength & flexibility.
 

Average Joe's Runners Club

The Average Joe's Runner's club is for anyone who enjoys their running and is interested in having a bit of fun in the process! The Club has a bit of everything and is for everyone - from those that just want to do their best, lose some weight and get fit to the elite athlete. We accept anyone!

Group Training is for people who don't like the gym and don't want to be yelled at army style!

If there are any particular fun runs or events that take your fancy we will help you set your goals and training program.

Format:     Mon 6am:   Running technique &
                                      intervals

                  Sat  7am:    Sand Hills Intervals

Who:         Anyone who wants to have a go
Why:         Why not?


Special Event Programs

Every few months we host a special Average Joe's Runner's Club Program, which is designed to have the Club training for a specific event, such as the Sydney Running Festival or the Gold Coast Marathon. The comprehensive program package includes:
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Podiatry Assessment
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Training Apparel + Skins Compression Garment of your choice
Special Event Programs are offered at a packaged price and will depend on the number of weeks and sessions per week in each program.
