GROUP TRAINING 8-Week Challenge
Starts 15 April 2008!You won't find a program like this at any regular health club. We believe in the power of free motion, the beautiful outdoors and using your body weight not machines.
With Jock Athletic Group Training no two sessions are alike. Training 3 times per week in small to medium groups with highly experienced and qualified strength & conditioning coaches, you'll experience dynamic movement and real-world benefits combined with a range of fun-filled, athletic based activities designed to improve full-body strength, shape and condition.
Each session includes an:
- Active Dynamic Warm-Up
- Energy System Development
- Strength Endurance Training
- Increased Metabolic Fat Burning
Group Training is for people who:
- Have started to find your training not providing your desired outcomes!
- Enjoy motivation and support in a group or team environment!
- Who want to push their boundaries, be motivated and have fun.
- Maybe you're training for an upcoming fun run and need help.

Group Training costs:
Just $140 + GST per month, all fees payable in advance, via cash, direct debit or by credit card

Group Training happens on:
6am Tuesday: Endurance will be the main theme.
6am Thursday: Boxing fitness - an enjoyable hour of pain!
7am or 8am Saturday Sand hills: There is no better way to start the weekend (60-90mins)!
