Introducing the "Challenge"
An 8-week graduated training program for corporate groups consisting of 3 training sessions per week in preparation for a tailored physical challenge (the "Challenge") at a secret destination.
The aim of the Challenge is to provide the participants with an overall understanding of not only the importance of health and wellbeing for each of them personally but how regular exercise and a targeted eating plan will help them improve productivity in the workplace.
Each week there is a different emphasis on education through both discussion during the session, electronic information and assistance with implementation. These areas include:

- Office ergonomics / anti RSI strategies
