Sutherland 2 Surf Running Program
S2S 12 Week Program
With the iconic Sutherland to Surf approaching on the 19th of July, our next goal is to prepare for this 11km fun run organized by the Wanda Surf Club. The Sutherland to Surf is the second oldest Fun Run in Australia behind the City to Surf and we have a proud history of involvement with this event.
Run a PB or aim to run the whole way - whatever your goal, our program will get you to the start line primed and ready to go. If you have another race in mind - awesome! We can prepare you for that instead.
We've put together a 12 Week Running Program to have you running your PB in 2019! The program includes:
- Unlimited running sessions + race, run or jog tactics
- Technique and conditioning
- Running singlet
This program is for EVERYONE - young, mature, fit, unfit
What: Option of 8 different session times per week morning and afternoon
Who: Elite runners, Average Joes and everyone in-between.
